Are you interested in learning new cooking skills?

Do you enjoy entertaining at home and would like to expand your cooking repertoire?

‘Matty’s Kitchen’ will be an ideal chance to gain culinary experiences such as knife skills, basic fish & meat preparation, timings etc....
We will do two dishes every week, usually a starter and a main course, occasionally we will also do puddings, we will provide all recipe cards and ingredients, all you need to bring is an apron and a knife. A folder will be given to each student containing all recipe cards for that term. The class will follow school term times and will usually be in five/six week blocks. The price is £22.00 per person per session e.g. six week course costing £132.00 this is to be paid in advance and if you are unable to attend the cost for that week is forfeited. All dishes will be eaten at the village hall after cooking, if you want to take the food home then by all means bring a suitable container.

Payment can be made by Cash/Cheque. Cheques need to be made payable to The Bay Horse.

Matty’s Kitchen ran at the ARC Stockton for over three years, many friendships were made and much fun was had. This is a chance to enjoy new food and have fun.
